Frequently Asked Questions
- Why your price is lower than the market?
-
We are a global kitchen cabinet company and purchasing wood, materials, labour, and hardware all over the world. Our cabinets are made by Canadian maple, German beech, and American cherry & oak. Processing them in Shanghai, China, and because of the large sales volume in U.S. market we purchase raw materials cheaper than those small firms. Our mission is to bring clients cheaper cabinets with better quality.
- How do I benefit from the “eco” stain and paint for your cabinets’ exterior doors?
-
Formaldehyde resins are used in many construction materials such as kitchen cabinets and it is one of the more common indoor air pollutants. Formaldehyde is highly toxic to humans, regardless of method of intake. The paint we use for all of our cabinets is from U.S. (compliant with California Air Resources) with certified plywood box (certified by P.F.S. Corporation for Formaldehyde Emissions from Composite Wood Products code no. 9312093120, 12 www.arb.ca.gov/toxies/compwood.com) to make sure our products is environmental-friendly with formaldehyde emission. This is the importing requirement of paint cabinets by U.S from China, and our clients benefit this healthy eco-paint from American Standard.

-
To maintain the beauty of your cabinets, care for them as you would any piece of fine furniture. The state-of-the-art, ultraviolet-cured Quality Cabinet finish does not require wax. However, if you do choose to wax your cabinets apply the wax to a soft, clean cloth then use this cloth to wipe the surface of the cabinets. Do not wipe your cabinets with a dishcloth. A dishcloth can contain soap, grease and other soil that can be detrimental to the finished surface.
- What is your return policy?
